Nothing compares to the incredible sight of playful and curious dolphins. Marsa Alam is the starting point for our excursion to Shaab Samadai, also known as the Dolphin House, home to a spectacular group of resident dolphins. Join us as we explore Abu Dabbab Bay in search of the magnificent dugong! These fascinating creatures, closely related to manatees, are often called “sea cows”. Imagine being underwater as one of these gentle marine mammals glides past you, gracefully collecting seagrass. Dugongs live just 15 minutes away by speedboat, and they are incredibly friendly. They are usually calm and relaxed! While it is rare to see hundreds swimming together, they are often spotted alone or in pairs. Regardless, encountering them underwater is a true delight, as they are not shy and might even acknowledge your presence. Are you ready for this magical journey in Abu Dabbab Bay?

Join us on an unforgettable trip to Luxor, a city rich in history and home to some of the world’s most fascinating landmarks. We will explore some of the greatest archaeological wonders ever discovered. Our journey begins early in the morning (around 3 a.m.) to make the most of the day. Breakfast packages will be prepared for you to take along. Sightseeing highlights: Valley of the Kings – the final resting place of many Pharaohs, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut – a unique architectural masterpiece, Karnak temple – one of the largest temple complexes of ancient Egypt. After a day filled with exploration and discovery, we will return to Abu Dabbab in the evening. This excursion is perfect for history lovers, culture enthusiasts, and adventure seekers.

Today, we take a break from excursions and spend a peaceful day at the beach in our accommodation. This is the perfect time to rest, recharge, and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.

The photogenic mangrove forest in Qulaan, near the Red Sea, is part of the Wadi El Gamal National Park. It protects the coastline from erosion and provides a sanctuary for coastal birds. Its magnificent and unusual tree has become a symbol of the region. The local Al Ababda tribe runs a camp with authentic Bedouin charm, where we can enjoy freshly brewed “gabana” coffee or purchase handmade souvenirs. Our snorkeling trip to Sharm El Luli or Ras Hanqurab reveals fascinating underwater world—vibrant coral reefs and rich marine life. After the adventure, we will relax in a Bedouin tent on a stunning white-sand beach. The tour ends with a visit to Nayzak Lake, a natural wonder shaped like an eye, filled with turquoise water. According to legend, it was formed by a meteorite impact. Whether true or not, the sight is mesmerizing and well worth a visit!

A 50% advance payment of the total arrangement price is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 20 days before the start of the trip (with the option of installment payments). This program is based on a minimum of 8 registered participants. In case of changes in the monetary market (or the market of goods and services) or an insufficient number of registered participants, the tour organizer reserves the right to adjust prices, modify the program, or cancel the trip no later than 5 days before the scheduled departure.

“Elphinstone” ridge:

Access: By speedboat; Depth: 5 to 40 meters; Minimum Level Required: Advanced diver with 50+ logged dives; Location: 29 km from Marsa Alam.

Located in the open sea, Elphinstone is a 600-meter-long reef, extending from a depth of 5 meters to over 100 meters. This dive site offers spectacular marine life, with stunning underwater cliffs and vibrant coral formations. Elphinstone is one of the best places in the Red Sea to encounter sharks, including hammerheads, oceanic whitetip sharks, grey reef sharks, and silky sharks. Occasionally, whale sharks and manta rays can also be spotted. The reef is home to an abundance of fish species, including snapper, anthias, fusiliers, tuna, trevally, Napoleon wrasse, turtles, and giant barracudas. The reef itself is covered with a stunning variety of soft corals in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Due to strong currents, diving conditions can be challenging, and this site is recommended only for experienced divers.

LEARN TO DIVE – Organized by a PADI instructor, diving training can be arranged and tailored to all experience levels. PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the most recognized diver training organization in the world, with over 30 million certified divers, and the number continues to grow. PADI diving instructors undergo rigorous training to ensure that your certification course is both safe and enjoyable.

 Open Water Diver (OWD) – This is the first level of scuba diving certification. A PADI instructor will teach you how to dive in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, making each step simple and fun. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and knowledge to dive both locally and internationally and become an ambassador of the underwater world. Price: 450€ per person (includes equipment used during the course). Duration: 3 days.

 Advanced Open Water (AOW) – This is the second-level course designed to enhance your diving skills. You will improve your navigation and buoyancy control, experience deep diving, and choose three specialty dives (such as trying different diving specialties). Each specialty dive you complete earns you credits toward a PADI certification in that area. Price: 380€ per person (includes equipment used during the course). Duration: 3 days.

If you have never dived before but want to experience the magic of the underwater world without committing to a full course, the “LEARN TO DIVE” option is perfect for you! For just 70€, with full equipment included, you can experience your first dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters.

FAQ

Is the plane ticket included in the package price?

The price of the arrangement is €555 + airfare. The airfare is €395 until March 1, after which it may increase – so we recommend early registration. The airfare includes one piece of checked baggage (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 7 kg).

The flight schedule is confirmed by the airline 24–48 hours before departure. The planned flight time in the travel program is the time agreed with the airline. In case of changes to the scheduled departure time by the airline, Nature Travel Office will inform passengers in time via SMS or email.
If there is a change or delay on one or more flights, Nature Travel Office cannot be held responsible for any consequences caused by such delays; the applicable airline regulations and standards will apply. Passengers are responsible for checking the return flight time at the destination with the agency representative.

Is it possible to organize transfers from other cities?

Yes, organized transport to and from Nikola Tesla Airport from Niš and other cities can be arranged for groups of at least 6 people. Please contact us for more information on availability and pricing.

Can I book a single room?

Can I join the trip if I’m not a diver?

Absolutely! The program includes snorkeling excursions and the option to try diving for the first time (“Learn to dive”) without enrolling in a full course. You can also attend PADI OWD and AOWD certification courses. There are also many excursions available for those who do not wish to dive.

Are excursions included in the package price?

Optional excursions are not included in the base package price and are paid separately. The prices and details of the excursions are available in the travel itinerary.

Do I need a visa for Egypt?

Yes, a tourist visa is obtained at Hurghada Airport and costs €25 per person. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
Holders of diplomatic passports do not require a visa based on reciprocal agreements. When bringing in or taking out more than $10,000, it must be declared to customs authorities.

Do I need travel health insurance?

Yes, we recommend international travel health insurance for possible medical cost reimbursements. All hotels have their own medical services.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Egypt obtains its water mostly through desalination, although there are some natural sources. While the water is bacteriologically safe, bottled water is recommended for drinking. Tap water is fine for showering and other hygiene needs.

What currency is used in Egypt, and can I pay by card?

The local currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP). Its exchange rate to major currencies varies depending on the international markets. Most places accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), but having some cash on hand is advised—especially for tips and souvenirs.

What are the prices on the beach and in restaurants?

Are tips recommended?
