We meet in front of the hotel in Belgrade after breakfast, where our Serbian tour begins. A panoramic city tour introduces us to the most important landmarks that shaped the history of Serbian capital: St. Sava Temple, Slavija Square, the Palace of Serbia, the Old and New Palace, the National Theatre and the National Museum. The highlight of the day is a guided walking tour of Belgrade Fortress, an open-air museum overlooking the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Within the fortress complex we will see the Clock Tower, the Roman well, Nebojša Tower, and stroll through Kalemegdan Park, the oldest park in Belgrade and one of the city’s most beautiful viewpoints. Afterwards, we continue along Knez Mihailova Street, Belgrade’s main pedestrian zone, lined with elegant 19th-century buildings such as the National Bank, the historic “?” (“Znak pitanja”) tavern, and Princess Ljubica’s Residence. Lunch break. In the afternoon, optional boat cruise on the Danube and Sava rivers (approx. 1.5 h), offering a unique perspective of the city from the water. Throughout the day, the guide will share stories about Belgrade’s turbulent past and multicultural heritage. Belgrade – Topola – Oplenac – Kraljevo – Žiča – Vrnjačka Banja
Driving distance: 230 km

Breakfast. Departure from Belgrade towards Topola, the historical heart of Šumadija. Visit to Karađorđe’s Church and residence, connected with the leader of the First Serbian Uprising. A short walk leads to Oplenac Hill, where we visit the Church of St. George, the mausoleum of the Karađorđević royal family, famous for its impressive mosaics and panoramic views. Lunch in Topola. Continuation towards Žiča Monastery near Kraljevo, one of the most important Serbian medieval monasteries. Built in the 13th century, it is the place where seven Serbian kings were crowned. In the late afternoon, arrival to Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia’s most famous spa resort, known for its long tradition, promenades, parks and mineral springs. Hotel check-in, free time. Vrnjačka Banja – Studenica – Gradac – Sopoćani – Mileševa – Prijepolje

Breakfast. Departure along the picturesque Ibar River valley towards Studenica, the most significant Serbian monastery and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided tour of the monastery complex: the Church of the Holy Virgin, King Milutin’s Church, Nikoljača Church and monastic residence. Continuation to Gradac Monastery, a fine example of Serbian Gothic architecture from the 13th century, founded by Queen Helen of Anjou. Lunch break in Novi Pazar, a town known for its oriental heritage and multicultural atmosphere. In the afternoon, visit to Sopoćani Monastery, renowned for its exceptional frescoes, followed by a scenic drive across the Pešter Plateau, one of the highest plateaus in the Balkans. Visit to Mileševa Monastery, famous for the fresco of the White Angel. Arrival in Prijepolje, accommodation. Dinner and overnight.

Prijepolje – Ljubostinja – Kalenić – Ravanica – Manasija – Belgrade

Breakfast. Departure towards central Serbia. Visit to Ljubostinja Monastery, the endowment of Princess Milica, built at the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries and closely linked to the legacy of Prince Lazar. Drive to Kalenić Monastery, one of the finest examples of Morava architectural style. Monastic lunch accompanied by a tasting of monastery wine. Continuation to Ravanica Monastery, the burial place of Prince Lazar and an outstanding monument of medieval Serbian architecture. Visit to Manasija Monastery, a fortified monastery and one of the most impressive medieval complexes in Serbia, known for its massive walls and Resava School of manuscripts. Evening arrival in Belgrade. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Belgrade – Novi Sad – Sremski Karlovci
Driving distance: 130 km

Breakfast. Departure to Novi Sad, the capital of Vojvodina. City tour includes Dunavska Street, Freedom Square, the Cathedral and the city center. Danube boat ride along the slopes of Fruška Gora National Park, with beautiful views of the river and vineyards. Traditional lunch in a restaurant overlooking the Danube. Continuation to Rakovac Monastery, followed by a visit to a winery in Banoštor, including wine tasting and local specialties in an authentic cellar. Arrival in Sremski Karlovci, a charming baroque town and historical spiritual center of Serbian culture.

Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad – Bečej – Novi Sad
Driving distance: 120 km

Breakfast. Walking tour of Sremski Karlovci: the Seminary, Patriarchate, St. Nicholas Cathedral and the Karlovci Gymnasium. Drive to Petrovaradin Fortress, the symbol of Novi Sad, often called the “Gibraltar on the Danube”. Free time and lunch break. Scenic drive through Fruška Gora to Novo Hopovo Monastery, one of the best-preserved monasteries in the region, known for its frescoes and iconostasis. Continuation to Bečej, visit to the Fantast Castle, built by the Dunđerski family at the end of the 19th century. Return to Novi Sad. Dinner and overnight.

In case of changes in the monetary market (or the market of goods and services) or an insufficient number of registered participants, the tour organizer reserves the right to adjust prices, modify the program, or cancel the trip no later than 5 days before the scheduled departure.
