The reservation of the trip is confirmed by paying a deposit of 40% of the total package price, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the trip.

In case of trip cancellation by the traveler, the following cancellation fees apply:
• up to 45 days before departure – 5% of the total price,
• 44–30 days – 10%,
• 29–20 days – 20%,
• 19–15 days – 40%,
• 14–10 days – 80%,
• 9–6 days – 90%,
• 5–0 days or no-show – 100%.

In justified cases (sudden illness, death in the family, state of emergency), the traveler may be entitled to a refund upon providing valid documentation.
