For all lovers of the underwater world, we offer an optional morning dive in our bay, where you will have the opportunity to dive with beautiful sea turtles and explore fascinating coral formations. This experience is ideal for divers of all levels – whether you are a beginner or an experienced diver, you will be amazed by the richness of marine life. For those who do not wish to scuba dive, simply renting a mask, fins, and snorkel is enough to discover the magical underwater world right from the beach in our bay.

Prices (without equipment rental): one dive 27 €, two dives 52 €. Equipment rental: full gear one dive 20 €, full gear for the entire day 25 €.

In the afternoon, we head out to explore Abu Dabab Bay and encounter a magnificent creature – the dugong! These animals are related to manatees and are often called “sea cows.” Imagine being underwater while one of these beautiful marine mammals glides past you, peacefully grazing on sea grass. Dugongs live just 15 minutes away by speedboat and are exceptionally friendly. They are usually calm and relaxed. It is rare to see them in large groups; most often they are alone or in pairs. Either way, meeting them underwater is a true privilege, as they are not shy and will often “greet” you in their own way. Are you ready to meet a dugong on this magical journey in Abu Dabab Bay?

We set off on our boat safari! Early morning transfer from our accommodation to Hamata Marina. Boarding the boat Lady M around 8:00 AM, with a welcome cocktail. After meeting the crew and cabin allocation, the boat becomes our base for the coming days. We begin the day with a check dive, followed by regular daytime dives and the first night dive. From this moment on, the rhythm of the day is dictated by the sea, the sun, and the underwater world.

Morning dives at the famous Shaab Sataya (Dolphin Reef), known for its resident dolphin population and rich marine life. After the final dives, we return to Hamata Marina around 4:00 p.m., followed by a transfer back to our accommodation in Abu Dabab Bay. Free time. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Speedboat ride: 30–60 min (depending on location) | Snorkeling: 2 × 45 min | Diving: 1 dive – max 1 hour (two dives possible)

We depart from Abu Dabab Bay toward one of the most beautiful northern reefs of the Red Sea. Depending on weather and sea conditions, we dive at one of the following speedboat-accessible sites: Coral Garden, Om Halhalla, or one of the reefs in the Shaab Abu Dabab area (1, 2, 3, or 4). All locations feature exceptional visibility, stunning coral gardens, and abundant marine life. Diving is adapted to different experience levels (depending on the selected site), while two parallel snorkeling sessions of approximately 45 minutes each are also organized. During dives, it is possible to see turtles, moray eels, lionfish, triggerfish, rays, barracudas, tuna, Napoleon wrasse, and even white-tip reef sharks. Some sites also offer drift dives between coral pinnacles or exploration of the Heaven One wreck (Shaab Abu Dabab 2).

Price (diving): One dive: 49 € per person; two dives: 90 € per person. Included in the price: Transfer from hotel to the port and back, speedboat ride, guide services, water and soft drinks. Not included: Full equipment rental – one dive (20 €), both dives (25 €).

Lunch break. In the afternoon, the adventure continues in a completely different setting – the desert of Marsa Alam. Departure is planned at 2:30 p.m., when we begin an exciting quad bike ride across the sand dunes, surrounded by spectacular desert landscapes and plenty of photo opportunities. The day ends with an authentic dinner in the desert, in a unique atmosphere under the starry sky, with time to relax and enjoy the silence and beauty of this extraordinary environment. Return is planned around 8:30 p.m. This adventure is a perfect blend of sea and desert and an ideal choice for those who want to experience Marsa Alam in a different and unforgettable way.

Option 1: Bus transfer: 2 hours

The photogenic mangrove forest in Qulaan, near the Red Sea, is part of Wadi El Gemal National Park. It protects the coastline from erosion and provides a habitat for coastal birds. Its magnificent and unusual mangrove tree has become a symbol of the region. The local Al Ababda tribe runs a camp with authentic Bedouin charm, where we can enjoy freshly brewed “gabana” coffee or purchase handmade souvenirs. Our snorkeling excursion to Sharm El Luli or Ras Hanqurab reveals a fascinating underwater world – colorful coral reefs and abundant marine life. After the adventure, we relax in a Bedouin tent on a beautiful white-sand beach. The tour concludes with a visit to Lake Nayzak, a natural wonder shaped like an eye and filled with turquoise water. According to legend, it was formed by a meteorite impact. Whatever its origin, the sight is truly mesmerizing and worth visiting.

Option 2: Bus transfer: 25 min.

On this day, we visit Port Ghalib, an exclusive marina and tourist resort located near Marsa Alam. Free time. This modern complex offers luxury hotels, various restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and a lively seaside promenade – the perfect place to relax and unwind. Visitors can explore the marina, shop for souvenirs, dine at restaurants overlooking the sea, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee by the water. This excursion provides a perfect contrast to the desert and marine adventures of the previous days.

A 50% advance payment of the total arrangement price is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 20 days before the start of the trip (with the option of installment payments). This program is based on a minimum of 8 registered participants. In case of changes in the monetary market (or the market of goods and services) or an insufficient number of registered participants, the tour organizer reserves the right to adjust prices, modify the program, or cancel the trip no later than 5 days before the scheduled departure.

“Elphinstone” ridge:

Access: By speedboat; Depth: 5 to 40 meters; Minimum Level Required: Advanced diver with 50+ logged dives; Location: 29 km from Marsa Alam.

Located in the open sea, Elphinstone is a 600-meter-long reef, extending from a depth of 5 meters to over 100 meters. This dive site offers spectacular marine life, with stunning underwater cliffs and vibrant coral formations. Elphinstone is one of the best places in the Red Sea to encounter sharks, including hammerheads, oceanic whitetip sharks, grey reef sharks, and silky sharks. Occasionally, whale sharks and manta rays can also be spotted. The reef is home to an abundance of fish species, including snapper, anthias, fusiliers, tuna, trevally, Napoleon wrasse, turtles, and giant barracudas. The reef itself is covered with a stunning variety of soft corals in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Due to strong currents, diving conditions can be challenging, and this site is recommended only for experienced divers.

Price: 30 € (speedboat ride) and 25 € (one dive). Not included in the price: Full equipment rental (20 € per dive).

LEARN TO DIVE – Organized by a PADI instructor, diving training can be arranged and tailored to all experience levels. PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the most recognized diver training organization in the world, with over 30 million certified divers, and the number continues to grow. PADI diving instructors undergo rigorous training to ensure that your certification course is both safe and enjoyable.

Open Water Diver (OWD) – This is the first level of scuba diving certification. A PADI instructor will teach you how to dive in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, making each step simple and fun. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and knowledge to dive both locally and internationally and become an ambassador of the underwater world. Price: 450€ per person (includes equipment used during the course). Duration: 3 days.

Advanced Open Water (AOW) – This is the second-level course designed to enhance your diving skills. You will improve your navigation and buoyancy control, experience deep diving, and choose three specialty dives (such as trying different diving specialties). Each specialty dive you complete earns you credits toward a PADI certification in that area. Price: 380€ per person (includes equipment used during the course). Duration: 3 days.

If you have never dived before but want to experience the magic of the underwater world without committing to a full course, the “LEARN TO DIVE” option is perfect for you! For just 70€, with full equipment included, you can experience your first dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters.

Is the plane ticket included in the package price?

The basic package price does not include the cost of the airline ticket Belgrade – Hurghada – Belgrade. The ticket price until March 1 is 395 euros, and after that, it may increase — therefore, we recommend early registration. The ticket includes one piece of checked baggage (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 7 kg). The flight schedule is confirmed by the airline 24–48 hours before departure. The planned flight time in the travel program is the time agreed with the airline. In case of changes to the scheduled departure time by the airline, Nature Travel Office will inform passengers in time via SMS or email.
If there is a change or delay on one or more flights, Nature Travel Office cannot be held responsible for any consequences caused by such delays; the applicable airline regulations and standards will apply. Passengers are responsible for checking the return flight time at the destination with the agency representative.

Is it possible to organize transfers from other cities?

Yes, organized transport to and from Nikola Tesla Airport from Niš and other cities can be arranged for groups of at least 6 people. Please contact us for more information on availability and pricing.

Can I book a single room?

Can I join the trip if I’m not a diver?

Absolutely! The program includes snorkeling excursions and the option to try diving for the first time (“Learn to dive”) without enrolling in a full course. You can also attend PADI OWD and AOWD certification courses. There are also many excursions available for those who do not wish to dive.

Are excursions included in the package price?

Optional excursions are not included in the base package price and are paid separately. The prices and details of the excursions are available in the travel itinerary.

Do I need a visa for Egypt?

Yes, a tourist visa is obtained at Hurghada Airport and costs €25 per person. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
Holders of diplomatic passports do not require a visa based on reciprocal agreements. When bringing in or taking out more than $10,000, it must be declared to customs authorities.

Do I need travel health insurance?

Yes, we recommend international travel health insurance for possible medical cost reimbursements. All hotels have their own medical services.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Egypt obtains its water mostly through desalination, although there are some natural sources. While the water is bacteriologically safe, bottled water is recommended for drinking. Tap water is fine for showering and other hygiene needs.

What currency is used in Egypt, and can I pay by card?

The local currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP). Its exchange rate to major currencies varies depending on the international markets. Most places accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), but having some cash on hand is advised—especially for tips and souvenirs.

What are the prices on the beach and in restaurants?

Are tips recommended?

Yes, tipping is customary and often expected as a sign of appreciation for services. Although not mandatory, it is common to tip in restaurants, hotels, taxis, and to tour guides. It’s advisable to carry small amounts of cash for this purpose.

Is Egypt a safe destination?

Yes, tourist areas are safe and under constant supervision. Travelers are advised to follow the guide’s instructions and respect local customs. Tourist safety is a high priority.
