Is the plane ticket included in the package price?
No. Round-trip airfare Belgrade – Doha/Istanbul – Bali is €1,200 per person. Price includes one checked bag (up to 23 kg) and carry-on (up to 7 kg).
The flight schedule is confirmed by the airline 24–48 hours before departure. The planned flight time in the travel program is the time agreed with the airline. In case of changes to the scheduled departure time by the airline, Nature Travel Office will inform passengers in time via SMS or email.
If there is a change or delay on one or more flights, Nature Travel Office cannot be held responsible for any consequences caused by such delays; the applicable airline regulations and standards will apply. Passengers are responsible for checking the return flight time at the destination with the agency representative.
Is it possible to organize transfers from other cities?
Yes, organized transport to and from Nikola Tesla Airport from Niš and other cities can be arranged for groups of at least 6 people. Please contact us for more information on availability and pricing.
Can I book a single room?
Yes, single room reservations are available. Single room supplement is €270.
Can I join the trip if I’m not a diver?
Absolutely! The program includes snorkeling excursions and the option to try diving for the first time (“Learn to dive”) without enrolling in a full course. You can also attend PADI OWD and AOWD certification courses. There are also many excursions available for those who do not wish to dive.
Are excursions included in the package price?
All excursions listed in the program are included. Additional optional excursions are extra.
Do I need a visa for Bali (Indonesia)?
Yes, a tourist visa on arrival, costs $35 per person, valid 30 days with possibility of 30-day extension. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the entry date. Holders of diplomatic passports do not require a visa based on reciprocal agreements. When bringing in or taking out more than $10,000, it must be declared to customs authorities.
Do I need travel health insurance?
Yes, we recommend international travel health insurance for possible medical cost reimbursements. All hotels have their own medical services.
Is tap water safe to drink?
No. Use bottled water for drinking. Tap water is fine for showering and other hygiene needs.
What currency is used in Indonesia, and can I pay by card?
The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Its exchange rate to major currencies varies depending on the international markets. Most places accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), but having some cash on hand is advised—especially for tips and souvenirs.
