Ovaj hotel apartmanskog tipa je u potpunosti renoviran u maju 2014. godine i predstavlja jednu od lep\u0161ih vila u Haniotiju. Sam objekat poseduje na svakom spratu prostor za odlaganje stvari pri dolasku\/odlasku sa dva kau\u010da gde na\u0161i putnici mogu provesti slobodno vreme na dan smene. Objekat\u00a0 se nalazi na \u0161etali\u0161tu i u letnjoj sezoni ulica je zatvorena za vozila. Pored objekta je veliki broj butika, prodavnica suvenira, kafi\u0107a i restorana.
