The reservation of the trip is confirmed by paying a deposit of 40% of the total package price, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the trip.<\/p>\n
In case of trip cancellation by the traveler, the following cancellation fees apply:
\u2022 up to 45 days before departure \u2013 5% of the total price,
\u2022 44\u201330 days \u2013 10%,
\u2022 29\u201320 days \u2013 20%,
\u2022 19\u201315 days \u2013 40%,
\u2022 14\u201310 days \u2013 80%,
\u2022 9\u20136 days \u2013 90%,
\u2022 5\u20130 days or no-show \u2013 100%.<\/p>\n
In justified cases (sudden illness, death in the family, state of emergency), the traveler may be entitled to a refund upon providing valid documentation.<\/p>\n
