Nalazi se na sjajnoj lokaciji, u centru Pefkohorija, pored crkve, na 250 m od pla\u017ee. Vila Dimitra zra\u010di dobrom energijom, kako zbog svoje lokacije, tako i zbog vlasnika, koji se bri\u017eljivo odnose prema gostima i sme\u0161tajnim jedinicama. Vila raspola\u017ee dvokrevetnim i dvokrevetnim sa jednim pomo\u0107nim le\u017eajem studijima, kao i trokrevetnim i trokrevetnim sa jednim pomo\u0107nim le\u017eajem apartmanima, koji se nalaze na prvom i drugom spratu. Svi studiji i apartmani imaju prostrane terase, sa prelepim pogledom ka crkvi i lepo ure\u0111enom crkvenom dvori\u0161tu prepunom cve\u0107a i raznog mediteranskog bilja. Kori\u0161\u0107enje klima ure\u0111aja je uklju\u010deno u cenu. Posteljina i pe\u0161kiri se menjaju jednom u toku smene. Vila poseduje recepciju.
